OUR REPORTING SYSTEM

Enchantment Home Inspection & Warranty, LLC provides complete reports for all inspections. All reports are computer generated using the latest technology. Your customized report, which includes a 128 page home owners' manual, a photo of the property, a summary and full report with details; pictures of any defects found, delivered within 24 hours of the inspection. We encourage buyers and sellers to be present for the inspection and we will be happy to answer your questions following the completion of the inspection. Reports and summaries can be e-mailed to all parties of your transaction including your REALTOR, Title Company, & Mortgage Company for an added convenience.

OUR HOME WARRANTY

Enchantment Home Inspection and Warranty, LLC offers a complete home inspection warranty that covers most appliances and system components within your home. We write our own warranty contracts and offer repair services through local professionals should those appliances or systems require attention. Our contracts are valid for one year from the date of inspection and are renewable following a re-inspection of covered systems and components. (Please see our Limited Warranty Term Contract for more details)

OUR INSPECTIONS INCLUDE:

• Exterior: Roof, Roof Components, Exterior Walls and Foundation
• Interior: Walls, Doors, Windows, Rooms/Bathrooms, Attic or Crawlspace
• Utilities: Heating, A/C, Plumbing, Electrical System and Kitchen Appliances
• Environmental: Mold and Radon Wood Destroying Insect Infestation and Dry Rot Pools and Spas
